A service job type is a category of service to be performed by field service technicians or by the field service team, It represents a specific service request from a client to perform for example HVAC System Maintenance whereas service task is specific, detailed tasks within a service job example testing thermostat functionality. To create a service job and service task

Step 1: Navigate to the jobs dropdown under settings and select create

Step 2: Begin by entering the service category type, for example – Gas line Installation and Repair 

Step 3: Go to task and choose service type from a drop-down, enter a sub-category and service description for a task

Step 4: Click submit and navigate to the job list to check the status of a new job

Step 5: Click pencil icon under job list page to edit and delete service jobs
