Manage Service Work Orders

Step 1: Order List Navigation

Navigate to the orders list page by clicking on the order drop-down in the left-hand side menu and selecting list

Step 2: Filter the Order List

At the top of the orders list, filter orders using the ‘All’, ‘Pending’, ‘Processing’, ‘Ready’, ‘Completed’, and ‘Cancelled’ buttons

Step 3: View Order Details

Click on a client’s name to view order details, including job, staff information, order status, order ID and staff action upon order

Step 4: Edit an Order

Navigate to the pencil icon on the order list page to edit an order, modify jobs, and add charges

Step 5: Delete an Order

Select the view order list page, click cancel order at the top of the page the confirmation message will appear. Click yes to delete order
