Refund and Cancellation Policy

Easy Field Services reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. You are entitled to a 100% refund upon order cancellation for a Easy Field Services Products purchased as long as it satisfies the following –

• The cancellation is requested within 14 days of Subscription, you will be fully refunded. Your payment is non-refundable if your paid subscription limit exceeds 14 days.
• Once you subscribed to our Product and enjoyed using our product features then there will not be any refund of the amount.
• Our products are not suitable or met your expectation for your business or services.

A payment gateway fees may be applicable in case a payment gateway charges it to Easy Field Services.

You can Automatically Cancel the subscription or downgrade your plan to a free plan.

All the approved refunds will be paid within 15-20 business days from the date of the approval being granted by the Company
